Had a leak into the basement from a sink above and Andrew was booked but made the time to come out and address it. We got lucky it was a loose connection. We also had a wax ring on a toilet that he replaced. 45 minutes in and out. Great communication, reasonable pricing and takes the time to explain. Good dude. Would highly recommend!

My husband set up for another plumbing company to come fix a leak with a toilet. They never showed and wouldn’t return my calls. I found Phil through his amazing reviews! I am so glad to called. He squeezed me into his day as soon as heard how awful the other company was. He fixed the problem fairly. By fairly he could have just replaced the toilet because we thought that was the issue, but instead he investigated the leak and saved us money (we didn’t need an entirely new toilet!) He also took a quick look at the leak in my master bathroom and fixed it with no issue. He was very knowledgeable and nice to speak with. Very kind person!

I cannot say enough good things about this company and Phil (the owner). I bought my first house in 2014 and have had a few emergency’s with my hot water heater and Phil has saved me every time and has showed up on short notice. Phil was very friendly and professional. He worked very fast and his rate was as expected for a master plumber. He came to me on a Saturday when no one else was available besides a few big name plumbing services with horrible reviews and outrageous emergency service charges. He replaced both elements on my hot water heater and put in a ball valve and it took him an hour. I felt Phil was honest and fair with his diagnosis, recommendations and pricing. I definitely recommend him especially to those who are in a situation where they need honest help without fear of getting ripped off. This was my first experience calling a plumber and I am so happy to find someone I can trust.
